We are looking for:
You should have the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with customers that includes working to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, responding to customer queries in a timely manner and delivering positive customer experiences in person and online;
The goal is to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships and digital Marketing strategies.
What do we expect:
Generate new business in new markets (in person and online);
Manage a portfolio of new customer accounts to achieve near- and long-term success;
Develop positive relationships with customers and be Bstone’s point of contact with them;
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner;
Set and track sales account targets and develop digital Marketing plans, aligned with company objectives;
Develop, monitor and report on Sales and Marketing metrics;
You Should Have:
At least 2 years of proven professional experience in sales (within the natural stone and tile, construction or real estate is a plus);
Fluent written & spoken English – Mandatory (French is a plus);
Availability to travel;
Experience on planning and implementing a growth strategy to develop new markets (EUA, Canada and Europe);
Understanding online sales processes, methodologies and best practices;
Proficient in multi-tasking with the ability to negotiate and close deals (in person and online);
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influencers and decision makers;
Strong business insight with a problem-solving attitude;
BSc degree Marketing, Communication, Management or similar (preferential);
Location: Estremoz – Portugal.
